Founded in 2022 by Alex Boyd, Katie Boyd, and Florian Lambart, Playsum is a community & gaming startup rooted in sunny Jacksonville, Florida. The platform, which entered early access in June 2023, was born out of a shared love for games and the desire to help bring safety and inclusivity to the gaming community.

Partner Program

Playsum is partnering with content creators who share our values and mission to make gaming safe for everyone. Content creators can join Playsum's Partner Program and earn 10% of any game purchases their community makes on Playsum, the highest percentage of any game store.

Unlike many other companies' partner programs, Playsum actively involves their Partners in building the community. As valued partners, they also are eligible for opportunities to participate in exciting community events, represent Playsum as ambassadors at conventions, enjoy exclusive giveaways, and more.

The Playsum-verse

At its heart, Playsum is a game company that values world-building and storytelling. The Playsum-verse is a regularly expanding world with its own environments and a cast full of diverse characters.

Members will be able to explore this world as it develops through short stories, comics, music, and of course games. Stories will range from grounded to slice-of-life to epic adventures with high stakes.
